Approach
I believe deeply in the pursuit of excellence, and I also believe people are more than what they produce. My career has taken me across Division I athletics, mental health, performance, leadership, research, education, and business—as a student-athlete, assistant coach, operations leader, licensed clinician, mental health director, researcher, educator, and business owner. I bring these experiences together in work that recognizes both the person and the process: helping individuals navigate what matters to them, supporting teams and leaders, and helping organizations build healthier, more effective environments.
